Familiar faces with a fresh ambition. 

Laneway Real Estate was established by like-minded property professionals with a clear vision - to educate and empower people to achieve their property goals. 

Following on from an accomplished track record in property, across sales, marketing and property management in residential real estate, master planned communities, medium density projects and new home construction, the move to launch a new business was a natural progression for co-founders and Directors, Scott Blaney and Renee Snedden. 

"We're passionate about property, but more so, we're passionate about helping people achieve their property goals," says Scott Blaney, Director and Licensee. "We have a solid track record working across all levels of residential property and are excited to launch Laneway Real Estate - to share our passion and knowledge and create a company built on professionalism, respect and integrity."

Scott and Renee have a long history of working together in sales and marketing, both with roles at well-renowned Australian home builder and developer, AVJennings, before moving on to Sekisui House Australia. Sekisui House is one of the world's largest home builders and developers, having built over 2.6 million homes worldwide. It's here that Scott and Renee helped shape and transform the Ripley Valley, working within the Ecco Ripley, Ripley Town Centre, and Entrance Ripley communities and launching the Real Living property management business.

Laneway Real Estate has a holistic approach to property, offering both sales and property management services, and works with extensive network of contacts and consultants including forming a key partnership with experienced mortgage brokers, Australian Home Mortgage.  

Licensee and Director, Scott Blaney, says "Our entire team are property professionals and have a deep understanding of multiple property types having a worked in master planned developments across land, apartments, new home design and construction, medium density housing, property management and new home finance. It's this depth of experience that really sets us apart and solidifies our holistic approach."

Scott has worked in property for over 30 years, starting out as a real estate agent at his father's inner city agency. This was followed by a successful career in new home sales with notable companies AVJennings and Ausbuild, before moving into a Regional sales manager role at Sekisui House, working across their master planned community Ecco Ripley and new home construction division. 

Degree qualified with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and over 15 years' experience in the residential property sector, Renee possesses skills in brand strategy and development, campaign development and execution, website development, customer relationship management, content creation, display home and sales office fit out and activation, event planning, market research and reporting.
