With over 14 years’ experience in property management, Jess brings extensive knowledge across predominantly residential portfolios, along with additional experience supporting commercial properties. Her depth of experience allows her to confidently manage every aspect of the tenancy lifecycle — from leasing and compliance through to ongoing portfolio performance.

Jess is known for her approachable nature, strong organisational skills and clear, consistent communication. She understands that successful property management is built on transparency, proactive service and strong relationships. Both landlords and tenants value her steady guidance and responsive approach, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident at every stage.

Jess joins a team with more than 30 years of combined experience across sales, marketing, property management and lending. Laneway Real Estate has built a strong reputation throughout Brisbane, Ipswich and Logan for delivering strategic advice with a genuinely hands-on approach.
